Terms of Service

You must be 20 years of age or older to use Sugar Daddy Boston. By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction, that you are a human individual (not a corporation or automated service), and that all information you provide is accurate.

You may create one account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to approve or decline any registration at our sole discretion.

You agree not to: post false or misleading information, impersonate any person, solicit money from other members in any unsolicited manner, engage in commercial advertising or solicitation, share another member’s personal information without consent, use the platform for any illegal activity, harass, abuse, or threaten other members, or use automated tools to access or scrape the platform.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Sugar Daddy Boston a non-exclusive license to display that content to other members. You may not post content that is explicit, illegal, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion. Do not post photos of other people without their consent.

Sugar Daddy Boston facilitates introductions between consenting adults. We do not facilitate, encourage, or condone escorting, sex work, or any illegal exchange. Members are solely responsible for their interactions and safety. We strongly recommend all members follow our Safety Guide before any in-person meeting.

Free membership allows browsing and limited features. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 48 hours of a new billing period. To cancel, access account settings or contact support.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or harmful activity, or at our discretion with reasonable cause. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your profile and personal data are removed within 30 days, subject to our retention policy.

Sugar Daddy Boston is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that you will meet a compatible partner. We are not responsible for the conduct of members. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
